Open jobs in Brisbane

There are no open jobs on the board right now. We are signing up taskers on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane first, so that when a booking comes in there is somebody nearby to take it.

Register your interest and we will call you when there is work in your suburb. Nothing on this page commits you to anything.

What you need

An ABN. You work as an independent contractor, so you need your own Australian Business Number. It is free to apply for through the ABR and usually issued immediately. You do not need one to register your interest.
Public liability insurance. Your own cover, in your own name. It protects you if something in a customer's home is damaged while you are working.
A police check. A current national police certificate. You are going into people's homes, and customers ask.
Your own equipment and transport. Vacuum, mop, cloths, products, and a way to get to the job. Ultra Task does not supply gear.

What it pays

Per job, and you see the amount before you apply - it depends on how long the job is booked for and whether the customer booked a one-off or a regular repeat. How pay works.
